The present Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws applicable in the Province of Québec (Canada). Any litigation related to the use, access, or any other question concerning the Site and these Terms of Use will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Québec, sitting in the judicial district of Quebec City.
