Put your collection bins where people will find them.

Order multiple bins and place them where people are most likely to see them – next to garbage cans or drink vending machines, for example. Make sure you let people know which containers belong in which bin to minimize errors.

You can also put reminders on the bins to get peoples’ attention.

In order for your collection to be a success, you need to spread the word. Put up posters near the recycling bins telling people about the organization you’re supporting and its mission

And thank your co-workers for their support by updating them on the progress of the project from time to time by email.
